Offers are valid while supplies last.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed via www.cesona.com.
Payments are processed securely via credit card, Klarna, or other available payment methods.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Delivery is handled by DPD or another logistics partner.
We aim to deliver within 1–3 working days (UK).
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return costs are at your own expense unless stated otherwise.
Products must be returned unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

6. Complaints and Warranty

Complaints about products or services can be submitted via customerservice@cesona.com.
Our products come with the legal warranty as applicable.
If a product is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days.

7. Liability

Cesona is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential loss, lost profits, or missed savings.
Cesona is not liable for delays beyond our control, such as strikes or force majeure.
