Refund Policy – Cesona

At Cesona, we strive to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can take advantage of our return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The item must have original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging.
The item must not be a personalized or hygiene-sensitive product (such as underwear or swimwear without a hygiene strip).

3. Return Process

Register your return through our online return portal or email us at retour@cesona.com with your order number.
Package the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.
Send the package within 14 days to the return address provided after registering your return.
Keep your proof of shipment until your refund has been processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
Returns are at the sender’s risk. Therefore, please ensure you obtain proof of shipment and, if possible, a track & trace code.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (including the original shipping costs, if applicable).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
