What is the delivery time for my order?
We didn't expect many of our products to be so incredibly popular and even go viral on social media. Therefore, our stock is limited, and the delivery time is currently 6 to 12 business days.
If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
As a small gesture, we are currently not charging shipping costs.
Update: Most packages are arriving a bit faster in the UK! You should normally receive your package within 10 business days.
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

If the delivery time of 6-12 business days has passed and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to Info@Cesona.com. We'll then investigate what's wrong with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?
Please contact our customer service at Info@Cesona.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000), and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. You can then send your order to us using a courier of your choice.
How long does it take to return my order?
There is always a 14-day return period. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
What are the costs of returns?
Returns to us are unfortunately at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Consult the website of the courier you wish to use for more information about prices.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You can only return your order if:
● The return period has not yet expired.
● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached.
● The product has not yet been used.
